Connie Conway’s continuing efforts illuminated a whole new perspective in the midst of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Venturing out onto the iconic streets of Los Angeles during lockdown revealed a city never seen before — hauntingly surreal, and at times, strangely peaceful.

Streets that were once choked with the rush hour commute lay empty and silent, stripped of their usual energy and life. This stark transformation stood as both a testament to the pandemic and a glimpse into a new normal.
